YOUR ROLE

You remain actively involved in planning your wedding, including researching, selecting, and booking vendors, managing contracts and payments, communicating with vendors, and making final planning and design decisions.

We're here to provide professional guidance, answer questions, and help you feel organized and confident throughout the process.

THE FINAL WEEKS: WE STEP IN

Approximately two to four weeks before your wedding, Naomi begins connecting directly with your venue and booked vendors to introduce herself, review the details, confirm logistics, and prepare for a coordinated wedding day.

This transition allows us to become familiar with your plans and establish the communication needed to manage the agreed wedding-day responsibilities.

YOUR WEDDING DAY: YOU HAND IT OVER

Your Signature Planning Experience includes two Charming Bridal team members for up to 13 hours, including setup, wedding-day management, cleanup, and teardown.

Your wedding-day management includes:

• Timeline Execution and Ceremony Oversight
• Reception Management and Event Transitions
• Guest Experience Oversight
• Personal Décor Placement and Setup Styling
• Access to the Charming Bridal Décor Collection
• End-of-Event Cleanup and Teardown

From the first setup details to the final cleanup, our team manages the agreed responsibilities so you can be present, celebrate with your loved ones, and enjoy the day you've worked so hard to create.

Coverage is limited to the agreed 13-hour service window. Additional hours, staffing, travel, and services outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

$3,500 as a standalone planning service

Includes partial planning support, wedding-day management with two team members for up to 13 hours, access to the Charming Bridal Décor Collection, and cleanup and teardown within the agreed scope.

Décor inventory, quantities, rental conditions, setup requirements, and service details are confirmed in your proposal.
