Wedding Rehearsal Director

Your wedding rehearsal is an important opportunity for everyone to feel confident, prepared, and excited before your ceremony.

If your rehearsal is scheduled on your wedding day, your Lead Day-of Coordinator will direct the rehearsal as part of your planning experience at no additional cost.

For couples who prefer to hold their rehearsal on a separate day, this optional accommodation allows one of our experienced Charming Bridal Lead Coordinators to conduct and direct your rehearsal at the scheduled time.

Your rehearsal director will:

✨ Guide the ceremony processional and recessional

✨ Coordinate entrances, exits, and ceremony timing

✨ Provide direction to the wedding party and immediate family

✨ Answer last-minute ceremony questions

✨ Ensure everyone feels prepared and confident before the wedding day

Most rehearsals are completed within 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of the wedding party and the complexity of the ceremony.

This optional service provides additional scheduling flexibility while ensuring your rehearsal is led with the same professionalism, organization, and calm guidance that defines the Charming Bridal experience.
