Some venues require a room to serve multiple purposes throughout the day—transforming from the ceremony into the reception while guests enjoy cocktail hour.

This optional service allows our Charming Bridal team to remain onsite after your ceremony to thoughtfully transition your floral designs and décor from one event space to the next.

Rather than simply relocating items, our team carefully restyles each floral element to ensure your reception space feels polished, cohesive, and guest-ready.

This service may include:

✨ Relocating ceremony floral arrangements to the reception

✨ Styling reception tables with floral centerpieces and candles

✨ Refreshing floral placements as needed

✨ Repositioning décor items provided by Charming Bridal

✨ Final styling touches before guests enter the reception

Our goal is to create a seamless transition that maintains the beauty and intentional design of your celebration.

Please Note

This service is limited to the relocation and styling of floral arrangements and décor.

Furniture moving is not included. Our team does not move tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, or other venue furnishings.

This enhancement is available for floral clients whose venue requires a ceremony-to-reception room transition.
