What’s Included

Four Planning & Design Meetings

1. Right after booking – We get started right away! This first meeting sets your vision and priorities, and we begin planning immediately
2. 90 days out – A deep-dive check-in to confirm design details, logistics, and vendor coordination.
3. 60 days out – Another check point review to go over fine details. 
4. Approx 30-45 days out – A walkthrough of your final documents including: event timeline, floor plan, vendor list, processional and finishing touches.
