This CB Combo Package includes our CB Signature Planning Package and our CB Signature Flower Package and includes everything you need to bring your event to the next level!

$ 2200 VALUE SIGNATURE PLANNING PACKAGE INCLUDES:  

3 planning and design meetings with seasoned professional planner, planning support throughout entire process with planner, access to our CB Decor Closet, event set up and styling, professional day of coordination event team, our professional clean up and tear down service. 

Access to our CB Decor Closet includes candle holders, candles, seating chart board, card box, champagne flute set, cake knife set, guest book sharpies, table numbers, table number holders, flower girl basket  

$ 3500 VALUE CB SIGNATURE FLORAL PACKAGE INCLUDES: 

All bouquets & bouts for bridal party, simple ceremony piece such as corner arch piece or pew pieces, simple reception centerpieces such as clusters of candles with loose greens and babies breath or bud vases with petals, 3 small arrangements for special tables such as welcome, bar, dessert tables. 

Please Note:

Rehearsal Director: We normally direct a quick run through on the day of your event with your bridal party. If you wish for us to direct your traditional rehearsal on a different day other than event date, you may add that on for an additional charge. To avoid this charge, we encourage our clients to have a “bossy bridesmaid” run the rehearsal and we will do a quick run through on location on the event date with your bridal party. 

Rehearsal Dinner: We do not attend rehearsal dinners. During your rehearsal dinners, we are normally prepping for your event. 

Venue and Vendor Communication: With this package, we introduce ourselves to your venue and vendors approx. 7-14 days out when we send your final documents to them. 

Final Documents: In order for your event to run smoothly, we require the following final documents from our clients: final timeline, processional, vendor contact list, floor plan(s), and master list. We will provide samples and assist with the final documents, but we will not finalize your final documents for you. 

Room Flips & Installations:  We do not physically handle room flips by moving tables & chairs, but we are happy to direct a room flip. We do not handle any draping, lighting, hanging or ceiling installations.

Place Settings: We ask that your catering team assists us with place settings if possible. **Our recommended caterer provides assistance at no additional charge. 

Clean Up & Tear Down: We do not clean bridal suites. The bridal party, our clients, and their families are responsible for cleaning bridal suites. Your designated person must stay until the end of the event to take your personal belongings home such as your guest book, gifts, leftover food or alcohol. 

Event Staff: This is a 2 staff member for 12–13 hour max service. We normally arrive at 10 am and leave between 10-11PM. If you need us to stay past 11PM, there will be an additional charge of $ 400 per hour. Each additional staff member is a $ 400 additional fee. 

All necessary vases are included for borrow at no additional charge. 

Once you secure your date in our calendar by making your payment, we are then ready to schedule your first design and planning appointment where we will build go over each of your design and planning details and create your flower order together according to your style and vision. 

The initial design appointment can be conducted in person in BRENTWOOD TN or on the phone.

All appointments can be conducted via phone if necessary. 

A Note about Charming Bridal: 

All payments are nonrefundable under any and all circumstances. We do not process refunds. 

Flower selection is subject to change due to seasonal availability or general availability. 

We highly recommend going with both planning and florals together and believe it makes a difference in the overall quality and experience of your event. 

***We are not taking on ceiling, extra-large, or complicated installations at this time.
