For couples who are happy to do most of the planning but want professional guidance and creative alignment to bring it all together. This package includes four intensive planning meetings, design refinement, and full day-of management — so your celebration unfolds with ease, beauty, and calm.

I’m Naomi, owner of Charming Bridal — a wedding planner, floral designer, and artist with over a decade of experience creating weddings across Nashville and beyond. My energy is bright and uplifting yet grounded in calm. I’m known for bringing both excitement and steadiness to the process — no challenge scares me, and no detail is ever overlooked.

When it comes to beauty and styling, I’m a perfectionist in the best way — every detail matters. I’ve trained my team to uphold that same level of care and artistry, so you can trust that your day will be handled with both heart and precision.

What’s Included

Four Planning Meetings

1. Right after booking – We get started right away! This first meeting sets your vision and priorities, and we begin planning immediately.

2. 90 days out – A deep-dive check-in to confirm design details, logistics, and vendor coordination.

3. 60 days out – Another check point review to go over details. 

4. Approx 30-45 days out – A final walkthrough of your final documents including: event timeline, floor plan, vendor list, processional and all the finishing touches.

Each meeting is a true working session — we review every detail to ensure everything is thoughtful, complete, and perfectly aligned. You’ll walk away confident, clear, and excited for what’s next.
